About the role WorkPac is seeking a skilled and experienced Security Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing, servicing, and maintaining commercial security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarms. With a focus on technical proficiency and client satisfaction, this role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base and cutting‑edge technologies. Key responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain commercial security systems including monitored alarms, access control, CCTV, and intercoms. Service and troubleshoot security equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with the service team to deliver high‑quality solutions for a diverse client base. Provide technical support and training to clients as needed. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of security technologies and systems. Skills and Experience Required Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Security Technician. Expertise in security systems such as Integriti, Geutebruck, Gallagher, Cell Guard, and various CCTV systems. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and team members. Valid driver’s license.
