Senior Accountant / Client Manager Innaloo WA 6018 $110K – $135K + Super | ESOP + Equity Pathway | Full-time About Us We’re a close‑knit, progressive accounting and advisory firm based in Innaloo. Role As a Senior Accountant / Client Manager, you’ll manage your own client portfolio, deliver strategic business and tax advice, and act as a technical leader within the team. This is a hands‑on advisory role with plenty of variety and autonomy. You will: Manage a diverse portfolio of SME and family‑group clients Provide tax planning, structuring, and performance advice Review complex financial statements and returns Lead tax planning meetings and ensure compliance excellence Identify growth opportunities for clients and the firm Mentor and train junior and offshore team members What You’ll Bring CPA or CA qualified with 7+ years public‑practice experience Strong technical expertise in Australian taxation and compliance Excellent relationship‑management and communication skills Confidence mentoring and supporting team members Experience with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and team‑first attitude Alignment with our values: Fun | Real | Trust | Helpful | Creative | Success Why Join LG Accounting Solutions We believe great work comes from happy, motivated people — so we invest in your career and wellbeing.
