General Practitioner (GP) Gidgee Healing Location: Mount Isa & surrounding communities Employment Type: Full-time Applications Open To: Qualified General Practitioners and GP Registrars Make a meaningful impact in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health. Gidgee Healing is seeking passionate and dedicated General Practitioners to join our multidisciplinary team delivering culturally responsive comprehensive primary health care services across the Mount Isa region and remote communities. We welcome applications from GP Registrars who are committed to rural and remote health and eager to gain experience in Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services. About the Role As a GP at Gidgee Healing you will : Provide holistic patient-centred care in a culturally safe environment. Work collaboratively with Aboriginal Health Practitioners nurses allied health professionals and visiting specialists. Participate in outreach clinics to remote communities. About You A qualified GP with current AHPRA registration or eligible for registration via the Standard Pathway (including PESCI and AMC requirements). Committed to cultural safety and respectful engagement.
