We are seeking outstanding hospitality professionals to join our team. We are currently recruiting for the following key positions: Bar Manager We are looking for an experienced leader with a passion for craftsmanship and guest-driven service. The ideal candidate has: Proven management experience in a luxury bar, lounge, or hotel setting Minimum 2 years of management experience required Elevated beverage program expertise, including mixology, rare spirits, and curated wine selections A commitment to flawless execution, team development, and an immersive guest experience Strong collaboration skills with culinary, events, and membership teams Current RSA certification required for this position Our Concierge team will be the heartbeat of the member experience. We seek individuals who are: Highly experienced in guest relations or concierge services within high-end hospitality, private clubs, or luxury brands Minimum 2 years of guest relations, guest services or concierge experience required Skilled in anticipating needs, delivering bespoke solutions, and cultivating personal relationships Professional, polished, and able to maintain the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality Passionate about creating unforgettable first impressions Current RSA certification required for this position Doorman As the first point of contact for our members, the Doorman plays a vital role in setting the tone for the experience ahead. Candidates should possess: Prior experience in a luxury property, private residence, or elite hospitality environment Minimum 3+ years of luxury hospitality experience required Impeccable presentation, presence, and communication skills A warm, intuitive service style and ability to manage arrivals seamlessly Strong situational awareness, professionalism, and guest-first mindset Food & Beverage Operations Roles We are assembling a best-in-class F&B team dedicated to thoughtful service, and meticulous attention to detail. We welcome applicants with experience in: Luxury hotels, fine dining, private membership clubs, or premium hospitality concepts Elevated service techniques and a genuine passion for member engagement Upholding refined standards while delivering personalized, effortless hospitality Working collaboratively within a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Minimum 2 years experience required for Food & Beverage Operations roles such as Bartenders, Food & Beverage All-rounder and Barista Current RSA certification required for this position WHAT WE OFFER The opportunity to play a founding role in one of Sydney's most exciting new ventures.
