Our ideal candidate will: Hold a Commercial Cookery Certificate III Have at least five years of cooking experience Be skilled in production, food preparation, and stock rotation Have experience in menu planning, costing, and implementation Be proficient in leading and mentoring a team of like‑minded chefs Be available to work a roster that includes days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate: The ability to remain calm, patient, and professional under pressure A passion for food, presentation, and quality standards A sound knowledge of food safety standards and adherence to WHS requirements Proven experience in managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff We offer the following benefits: Encouragement of work‑life balance Further career growth and development opportunities Please note: You must have the right to live and work in Australia to be considered for this role.
