The Role We are currently urgently seeking multiple staff to be inducted to assist with multiple shift requests per week across the Toowoomba region. We’re seeking casual Residential Youth Workers to join ProCare Australia’s experienced Labour Hire Youth Worker pool, partnering with our valued clients to deliver high‑quality support and care for young people in residential settings. In this role, you’ll support young people facing complex trauma and attachment challenges, guided by an evidence‑informed framework that integrates neuroscience, attachment theory, and trauma‑informed principles. You’ll be supported by ProCare Australia’s experienced team and our Clients who are committed to supporting you and delivering meaningful outcomes for the youth in Residential care. While casual employment doesn’t guarantee a minimum number of hours, many of our team members work full time hours thanks to strong demand. Shifts will be offered according to your preferences, skills and experience. Residential Youth Workers must have availability for sleepover shifts and weekend shifts. Applicants should ideally hold at least 2-3 days of availability per week.
