The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Centre Manager at either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This is a full-time position. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will take ownership of this centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team whilst having a significant impact on the day-to-day operational running of the site. This permanent full-time role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security as part of the bigger AMA Group. Role responsibilities Production Workshop Management: Oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations. Quality, Quotes, Parts, and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition. Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions. Profit and Loss, Reporting, and Administration: Ensure that the site operates profitably. Prepare and review P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports using the tools provided to understand site performance. Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site, ensure staffing levels and processes are in place, and proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships. Work Health and Safety (WHS): Maintain a safe site by managing the WHS system, following all WHS policies and procedures, and reporting and addressing safety incidents/near misses immediately.
