Synergie Australia is seeking a Concept Designerfor a dpeartment in State GovernmentLocated in Parramatta What you will be required to do : Support the Senior Concept Designers in shaping innovative and practical design solutions across precinct and feasibility projects. Youll play a key role in bridging strategic vision and design delivery through research collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Assist with precinct analysis feasibility studies and design recommendations. Prepare briefing documents to ensure alignment from concept to design development. Research and report on emerging trends and challenges in design and construction. Collaborate with planners and project teams to interpret controls and manage expectations. Support procurement and coordination of consultants contractors and stakeholders. Contribute to design risk management and continuous process improvement. Key Challenges Building strong cross-team relationships across Homes NSW. Navigating complex systems and processes to streamline design delivery. Balancing internal and external resources to meet project outcomes. To be successful in the role you will : Tertiary qualifications in Architecture. Eligibility for membership of a relevant industry association. The role may involve travel both locally and regionally including overnight travel as required by the business and / or directed.
