Location: Prahran, VIC, 3181 Industry: Education and Training Employment type: Permanent Part‑time Closing date: Dec 26 2025 Role Focus You need not have experience in all the following, but must be applicable to at least one: The delivery of the Hearing Voices Approach Training. Experience with AOD services or past substance dependence and a desire to train others in non‑judgemental, non‑pathologising approaches to substances. First‑hand experience as a peer worker sharing lived experience and able to teach others how to safely share their story. Passion for delivering non‑pathologising, non‑judgemental approaches to mental health and/or AOD experiences. Responsibilities Liaise with consumers and the lived experience workforce to support enrolment processes. Prepare and deliver high‑quality engaging training / psycho‑education sessions to diverse groups, both online and face‑to‑face. Provide feedback to learners and stakeholders on progress and achievements. Develop resources to support learning. Participate in training review and evaluation processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful delivery of training programs. Actively participate in initiatives to maintain, build upon, and promote a positive and collaborative workplace. Qualifications Lived or living experience of mental health and/or AOD. Experience as a trainer or willingness to train others. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a purpose‑led organisation. Benefits Salary: SCHADs Level 4 + super. Salary packaging options. Additional time off through purchase of leave.
