We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team at Mindarie Quinns Dental Centre. This is a Full-Time opportunity offering long-term growth, full training, and a clear career path in the exciting world of cosmetic and implant dentistry. About the Role In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, responsible for: Receptionist Managing front desk operations Booking and coordinating appointments Handling phone and email enquiries Supporting patient care and education Collaborating with the clinical and management team Contributing to administrative and sales support tasks Dental Assistant Assisting dentists chairside during procedures Preparing and sterilising instruments to the highest infection control standards Providing patients with a warm, professional and reassuring experience Managing clinical stock and preparing treatment rooms efficiently Supporting the team to maintain seamless daily operations You’ll be trained to deliver an exceptional patient experience while learning the ropes of dental administration in a fast‑paced, professional environment. About You We're looking for someone who is: Customer-focused with excellent communication skills Well-presented and confident with a positive attitude Detail-oriented and highly organised Proactive and eager to learn A genuine team player , able to work collaboratively Passionate about healthcare and cosmetic dentistry Eligible to work in Australia with any form of valid work rights Experience in dental reception or assisting is ideal but not essential — full training will be provided. A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or Business Administration is a bonus but not required. Why Join Us?
