Alani Experience is seeking an experienced Deckhand/Groundskeeper to join our full-time team Reporting to the Captain, the role will be split between deckhand on board the yacht for day charters & owner use, mainly tender driving, snorkelling trips & yacht exterior maintenance. During off-charter periods you will be looking after the exterior areas, gardens and pool maintenance of our two luxury properties. THE ROLE Yacht exterior maintenance, wash down & cleaning. Deck duties, inflatables setup, snorkelling watch & general water activities. Assisting on board as an additional host and across all areas. Assisting Captain with maintenance and upgrades. General tidy/upkeep of tropical gardens. Cleaning & maintenance of the swimming pools. ABOUT YOU Strong work ethic & willingness to learn Ability to work autonomously & in a small team At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role REQUIREMENTS Coxswain Grade 1 NC or Grade 3 (with experience) Elements of Shipboard Safety or STCW (essential) BOAT & PWC License First Aid RSA Full working rights in Australia Remuneration: DOE Accommodation: Based on Hamilton Island full time #J-18808-Ljbffr
