SYNERGY CAIRNS PTY LTD t/a Ray White Cairns Beaches Trinity Beach, QLD 4879 Full-time, Permanent Salary $75,000 to $80,000 Current Driver Licence Required 3 years prior experience in similar role Ability to work under pressure Position Description, Main Duties : Arrange the conduct of real estate transactions such as sales and leasing Assist buyers to find suitable properties Follow-up enquiries with sellers or buyers or real property, or property owners Prepare contract of sales Prepare correspondence with sellers and buyers Prepare comparative market analysis Monitor buyer call backs and follow up agents to ensure completion Prepare vendor reports and present to principle and follow up agents to ensure completion Prepare weekly sales reports and action plans Assist with property inspections including sign boards, maintaining attendee lists from property inspections, opening and closing houses after inspection Assist with auctions of real property or businesses to the extend permitted under real estate law Follow-up sale process activities, including building and pest inspections, searches, and progress of the conveyance process Attributes: Professional manner and presentation with the ability to create a positive, everlasting impression with the most professional, courteous, and expedient manner and to continually strive for superior client service Organised, thorough, systems oriented with meticulous attention to detail and a well-ordered approach to work Clear and professional communication both written and orally Proactive, punctual, and reliable *If you’re interested in joining our team please forward your letter of application and resume/CV to apply.
