As a Retail Assistant in our Charlestown Myer concession store, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. You’ll assist with sales, customer service, and store operations, and be part of a team that values enthusiasm, brand knowledge, and a love for the country lifestyle. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the right products. Assist with merchandising and maintaining an attractive store layout. Support the team in achieving sales targets and operational goals. Ensure the store is clean, organised, and well-stocked. Provide product knowledge and advice to customers. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. About You: Previous experience working in a Myer concession or similar retail environment is highly desirable. Passion for country lifestyle and products, with a strong affinity for the brand. Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills. Team player who is eager to learn and contribute to a positive work environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays. Skills and Experience: Ability to quickly learn and develop exceptional product knowledge across our range of fashion, footwear, and accessories.
