Attractive earnings Base salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + super. Annual incentives up to $11,500. Uncapped commissions for new clients, cross‑selling and upselling. Realistic, achievable workloads Flexible start/finish times – 7.5‑hour days, Monday–Friday, 7:30 am – 6:30 pm window. One dedicated work‑from‑home day per week. TOIL available. Collaborative “one team” approach across all roles. Essential experience Minimum 3 years in an advisory‑type HR role. Minimum 2 years in industrial relations with direct award interpretation experience. Proven experience managing multiple client/manager/site portfolios. Case‑management experience in performance and disciplinary matters. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in HR, IR, organisational psychology or management. Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain). Bonus points for Consulting role experience. Experience achieving billable hours. Fair Work proceedings experience. HRIS platform knowledge (e.g. Employment Hero, Tanda, Deputy). Experience with Outlook, Teams, Microsoft 365 suite. Experience with Monday.com, Harvest, Canva or Kajabi. What you will do as HRC Client advisory services Provide expert HR and industrial relations advice across Australia. Cover recruitment, employee engagement, industrial relations, awards, agreements, contracts, policies, performance management, change management, rewards programmes, and more. Deliver services virtually and face‑to‑face with high quality service. Present online and in‑person training for clients, business associations, schools and universities. Portfolio management Coordinate service delivery across your client portfolio. Delegate and collaborate with team members and external stakeholders. Ensure timely, accurate service delivery and efficient resource allocation. Foster strong, trust‑based client relationships. Manage client service usage in accordance with service packages and expectations. Meet billable‑hour KPIs (4 hours per day targeted at 3‑month mark).
