Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator / Clinical Research Coordinator Paratus Clinical Melbourne is seeking a full‑time Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator / Clinical Research Coordinator to join our growing team working within primary care and mental health trials. This role offers an ideal balance of clinical and administrative responsibilities across a wide range of clinical research studies. Paratus Clinical Melbourne conducts a mix of primary care clinical trials and psychiatry trials, offering the opportunity to develop skills across diverse therapeutic areas. The Role This is a full‑time, onsite position. We are open to flexible working hours for the right candidate. Key responsibilities Ensuring adherence to study protocols, ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines Coordinating and managing study participants throughout the trial lifecycle Dispensing and administering investigational products Study‑related documentation, including source data, CRFs, and site file management Collaborating with internal and external study teams, including ethics, recruitment, coordinators, and Investigators About You You are a team‑oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a strong background in health sciences or relevant clinical research experience. You are confident using a variety of software applications, databases, and electronic medical records. Most importantly, you embody our values: Resilience, Quality, Responsibility, and Collaboration. Essential Criteria COVID‑19 and seasonal influenza vaccinations Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail Effective time management, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Flexible, adaptable, and strong problem‑solving abilities Desirable Criteria Knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements, ethics, privacy, and other relevant guidelines Experience as a Coordinator on commercially sponsored clinical trials Venepuncture experience AHPRA Registered Nurse Experience working in mental health, either in a clinical environment or within psychiatric/mental health clinical trials How to Apply Submit your CV and Cover Letter via the SEEK link.
