Practice Nurse, Lauderdale Medical Centre The People Project Tasmania – Lauderdale TAS Join the friendly team at Lauderdale Medical Centre . The practice is growing and is seeking a Practice Nurse (RN) on a part‑time basis, starting mid‑January, for 3–4 days per week and occasional annual and sick leave cover. The Position About the role As the Practice Nurse you will provide high‑quality, patient‑centred care alongside GPs and the admin team. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with chronic disease management, health assessments, wound care, immunisations, and triage Supporting care plans, recalls, and preventative health Maintaining accurate clinical documentation About you Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration General practice experience preferred but not essential Full Australian working rights Confident working independently and as part of a supportive team Strong communication, organisational and time‑management skills Competent with clinical software (Best Practice preferred) The Organisation Lauderdale Medical Centre is a community‑focused, GP‑owned practice known for delivering high‑quality, comprehensive and timely care.
