About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman / Site Supervisor to oversee a technical commercial project in Gympie. The role will involve managing site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to specification. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance and maintaining high standards on a site that features tilt‑up panels, structural concreting, suspended slabs, cantilever slabs, and structural retaining walls. This role will suit a hands‑on leader with strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all on‑site construction activities Manage trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved Plan, schedule, and monitor works to meet timelines and budgets Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and maintain WHS compliance Manage concrete works including tilt‑up panels, suspended slabs, and structural elements Ensure quality control, documentation, and communication with the Project Manager Identify and resolve on‑site challenges proactively Maintain site presentation, safety, and professional standards Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Foreman, Leading Hand, or Site Supervisor within commercial or industrial construction Tilt‑up panel experience essential Strong background in structural concreting, including suspended and cantilever slabs Experience with structural retaining walls highly regarded Sound understanding of construction sequencing, quality assurance, and WHS obligations Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset Trade qualification or Builder's Licence highly desirable Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project) Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle essential What's on Offer Competitive salary $120,000 - $160,000 + super, or ABN rate $60 - $80 per hour Weekly pay cycle and regular performance reviews Stable, full‑time opportunity within a growing national organisation Exposure to diverse, technically challenging projects Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture Genuine career progression opportunities How to Apply If you're an experienced Foreman or Site Supervisor seeking a stable, long‑term role with a growing construction business, we'd love to hear from you.
