As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team part-time and gain hands‑on experience in real‑world marketing operations. Position Overview The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in developing, implementing, and maintaining marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This role is ideal for a motivated marketing student who wants to apply their learning in a dynamic environment, gain practical experience, and contribute to a fast‑growing energy technology brand. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). Help maintain and update website content and product listings through WordPress and Shopify. Support email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis. Assist with the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and product guides. Help monitor and report on digital marketing analytics, including ad performance and website traffic. Photograph and document new products, customer installations, and workshop activity for promotional use. Coordinate and assist with events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns when required. Provide general administrative support to the marketing and sales teams. Skills & Attributes Currently studying towards a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of social media marketing, SEO, and digital advertising. Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express). Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms (advantageous but not essential). Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with initiative. Enthusiastic, creative, and eager to learn. Flexible work hours to fit around university studies. Hands‑on experience across a broad range of marketing activities. Opportunity to contribute creative ideas to real campaigns and product launches.
