About the Role: We are seeking motivated and skilled All Rounder Operators with experience to join our team for the FMG Project. Conduct daily plant pre‑start checks and perform plant preventative maintenance tasks Ensure the plant is maintained, clean and safe Attending and actively participating in all Safety Meetings Record and compile all paperwork and documents Why Join Us? IMMEDIATE START 2:1 roster Competitive wage rate with long‑term, ongoing projects on offer Welcoming, inclusive, and supportive working environment Please apply if you believe you meet the following: Experienced in machinery (Skid Steer, Excavator, Loader, Roller, Water cart, or Grader) Minimum HR licence, HC/MC licence required for semi watercarts Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card) Mine site, Industrial, or construction industry experience FMG inducted (Highly desirable) Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment. Excellent communication skills of different seniorities Able to demonstrate a history of safe work practices.
