Our purpose is “Help lawyers who help people.” Position: Senior Full‑Stack Engineer Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia (Hybrid; Full‑time) What You’ll Do As an early member of the Zero‑Config CRM founding team, you will design, build, and ship a next‑generation, agent‑first customer relationship management system tailored for legal practices. Write production code across the stack – AI agent orchestration, data modelling, backend logic, and frontend UI. Shape core architecture and technology decisions, including the choice of AI agent framework. Work directly with customers and legal experts to understand workflows and build solutions that truly add value. Partner with product and design to define features and user experiences. Build prototypes quickly, iterate based on feedback, and ship high‑impact features. Navigate ambiguity and uncertainty with confidence in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment. Set high standards for code quality and help establish engineering best practices. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of commercial experience in full‑stack web development. Front‑end: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Bun, Next.js and similar modern frameworks. Back‑end: Strong knowledge of database systems, data modelling, and at least one backend language or platform. Curiosity and willingness to work with emerging AI agent frameworks. Ability to contribute to architecture and make thoughtful design decisions in an evolving, uncertain environment. Understanding of what good software looks like when building products from scratch. Ideal Candidate Thrives in ambiguity and early‑stage environments; comfortable making decisions with incomplete information. Thinks about the user in every technical decision and talks to customers to solve real problems. Writes pragmatic, simple code that balances quality and velocity for an early‑stage product.
