Responsibilities Ignite intellectual curiosity through teaching, creating interactive seminars and immersive learning experiences. Explore innovative teaching methodologies and collaborate with senior Social Work academic staff to develop and review units and course materials. Participate in scholarly research projects to enrich expertise and contribute to knowledge in the Social Work field. Reflect on teaching practice, utilize feedback to continually improve and enhance methods. Engage in formal professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest teaching approaches. Actively participate in discipline meetings and contribute to shaping the future of Social Work education. Qualifications Postgraduate qualification in Social Work. Deep understanding of effective educational practices, with experience in teaching and working within a tertiary education institution. Proven track record of substantial industry practice in the social work field. Eligibility for membership of AASW (Australian Association of Social Work). Passion for nurturing and empowering the next generation of social workers through exceptional teaching and mentorship.
