Therapy Assistant – Behaviour Therapist (Early Intervention / ABA) Mosaic Early Intervention – Sutherland NSW Mosaic Early Intervention is a mobile, NDIS registered early intensive behavioural intervention service. We deliver high‑quality, in‑home early intervention programs based on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Our clinic is based in the Sutherland Shire (South Sydney) and we currently support families across the Sutherland Shire, St George, Bankstown and Illawarra areas. We are looking for fun, enthusiastic Therapy Assistants (Behaviour Technicians) to join our growing team Role We are seeking Behaviour Technicians to conduct therapy sessions across the Sutherland Shire, St George, and Bankstown areas. This casual position involves working 1:1 with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities, aged between 18 months and 12 years, in a variety of settings (home, school, preschool, community). Applicants must be available at least three days per week, with afternoon availability being essential. A minimum commitment of 12 hours per week is required, with opportunities to increase hours as your caseload grows. Requirements Strong interest in building a career in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and a genuine passion for working with children with additional needs. Prior experience desirable but not essential – initial and ongoing training is provided for this entry‑level role. University students studying in related fields (e.g., Education, Psychology, Speech and Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy) are encouraged to apply. Minimum three afternoons of availability per week. Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) – NSW. Current National Police Check. Current First Aid and CPR Certificate. Current Mandatory Child Protection Training. NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain once employment commences). Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module ("Quality, Safety and You"). Completion of the NDIS Mealtime Management Module (or willingness to complete prior to commencing work). Holds or is working towards a qualification in ABA, Education, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or a related discipline. Current NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a registered, insured, and roadworthy vehicle (to travel to client sessions across the service areas). Why Join Mosaic Early Intervention?
