Ready to shape the next generation of mobile golf experiences? Excited to lead a team of talented developers while helping build a brand‑new app from the ground up? If you’re driven by innovation, craftsmanship, and meaningful impact—this is your opportunity. We’re looking for a Team Lead iOS Developer to guide the Experience Team in building the flagship Trackman Golf app for iOS and Android. We’re scaling rapidly – expanding our user base, investing in new teams, and developing the next generation of an app already used by millions . The Trackman Golf app is the heart of the Trackman ecosystem, helping golfers connect with people, golf facilities, and insights into their playing that elevate every part of their game. From finding nearby clubs and coaches, to staying in touch with friends, arranging play, and managing bookings and payments, this area of the product powers the essential “real‑world connection” layer of the Trackman experience. Today, four empowered product teams own distinct user journeys within the app. As Team Lead for the Experience Team , you’ll focus on building meaningful social and functional experiences – connecting golfers to each other, to facilities, to coaches, and providing a smooth booking and payment experience. Facilitating these connections is a key area of the business that drives engagement, retention, and real‑world usage, and your leadership will directly shape how golfers interact and organize their golfing lives. The Experience team is the team that connects the app with all the other systems in the Trackman eco‑system and everyone in that eco‑system with each other. This means you will be in contact with many other teams that work on hardware, booking and payment systems, and interface with many teams within the company to deliver cross‑product solutions. The app is being rebuilt from the ground up using Kotlin Multiplatform , with shared business logic and dedicated presentation and UI layers built in SwiftUI and Compose – giving you the chance to work with modern technologies and patterns. As Team Lead, you’ll support your team’s delivery, serve as their primary point of coordination across teams, and elevate the team’s capabilities while contributing hands‑on as a senior engineer. You’ll optimize processes, mentor developers, and help every team member grow to their full potential. You’ll also collaborate closely with the broader Trackman Golf organization and the teams responsible for delivering the world’s best training, entertainment, and coaching experiences. The Environment You’ll Join Trackman’s Mobile Golf Department is home to 25+ passionate mobile developers building high‑quality apps for iOS, Android, phones, and tablets. We embrace diverse technologies, continuous improvement, and a shared commitment to exceptional user experiences and code quality. We operate with a flat hierarchy, open collaboration, and a strong belief in building products together. Engineers join early in refinement, shaping not only technical solutions but also how features come to life for users. Expect ownership, influence, a high bar for quality, and a team that genuinely loves what they do. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team of experienced mobile developers. Help drive the design and delivery of a next‑generation mobile experience. Collaborate closely with product owners and UI/UX designers to craft intuitive, high‑performance features. Deliver end‑to‑end functionality in our Kotlin Multiplatform codebase (Kotlin training provided as part of onboarding). Run 1:1s and growth plans with each team member, fostering a thriving and high‑performing team. Coordinate with other Trackman Golf teams to ensure smooth integration across the ecosystem. Take responsibility for team delivery and execution. Help shape processes, culture, and best practices as the organization scales. Why Join Us You’ll have a rare opportunity to lead a talented team, influence a product from its earliest stages, and build social, connected, and transactional experiences used by millions of golfers around the world. If you’re excited about driving innovation and blending hands‑on engineering with impactful leadership, we’d love to meet you. You’re an experienced iOS engineer with a passion for building exceptional apps—and a natural leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. You likely have: 5+ years of professional iOS experience , including deep expertise in crafting performant Swift and SwiftUI code. A proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining production‑grade apps—ideally at scale. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, CI/CD, unit testing, and modern design patterns. Interest in or experience with Kotlin Multiplatform and the willingness to work across both Swift and Kotlin. Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide, support, and elevate a team. Experience leading a team—or the ambition and readiness to step confidently into leadership. Basic familiarity with Android development (a bonus, as you’ll collaborate closely with Android engineers). Interest in and drive to reach out and find solutions where everything functions as a whole across many different systems. Experience with booking and payments and hardware integrations in an app setting would be a strong asset in this position. A background in computer science (or equivalent) is typical. A love for golf is a plus, but curiosity and passion for building exceptional products matter far more. The Office We have just moved to our state‑of‑art HQ in Hørsholm, located at DTU Science Park. We take great pride in the building we designed The office features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas to catch up with colleagues, a large testing arena with simulators available for employees and a fitness centre, everything surrounded by a beautiful forest and respecting the environment. We made sure to utilize the newest technologies to be energy efficient and be mindful of ventilation and sound propagation. The cherry on top is our canteen: with an indoor and outdoor area to enjoy the fresh food prepared by our own kitchen staff. Join the home of a powerful sports brand and a one‑of‑a‑kind technology Our proprietary technology is based on expert knowledge about radar, computer vision, data, and software engineering. Our solutions are developed by specialists who endlessly explore and challenge new technical boundaries. Trackman’s blend of cutting‑edge technology, sports, and continued growth make our company an outstanding place to work. Our work culture is entrepreneurial, ambitious, and rewarding as you get to collaborate with inspiring colleagues and interact with the leaders of golf, baseball, and football. Based on a unique brand reputation, we are proud to work in close partnership with the top athletes, organizations, and teams that rely on our technology to stay ahead of the race. We are a Danish company founded, owned, and managed since 2003 by three entrepreneurs with a strong passion for sports. Today, we have a global footprint with our headquarters located in Denmark (Hørsholm) and offices in New York, Phoenix, Seoul and Tokyo. We employ over 800 people worldwide, half of which work in Denmark, where most hardware and software products are developed, tested, and manufactured. Where innovation happens At Trackman, we know that great people make great products. We believe that teams thrive, and innovation sparks in an atmosphere where people are encouraged to think for themselves, where everybody’s voices are heard, and where the best ideas prevail in the pursuit of exceptional solutions. This mix makes Trackman an inspiring company – for our customers and colleagues.
