Senior Infrastructure Engineer Experis Australia (a subsidiary of ManpowerGroup) This role supports and enhances a hybrid infrastructure environment, enabling cutting‑edge technologies across on‑premises and cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day support for on‑premises and cloud services. Manage data centre compute, backup, and storage infrastructure. Administer Zscaler Internet Security, SIEM, and vulnerability management tools. Support Azure IaaS and PaaS environments. Maintain and optimise Active Directory and Entra ID. Implement system hardening, patching, and vulnerability management aligned with federal security frameworks. Assist in developing and executing team work‑plans. Collaborate with development and architecture teams to design and migrate services to cloud. Identify and drive improvements in infrastructure and processes. Deliver project outcomes efficiently and effectively. Ensure infrastructure is cost‑effective and aligned with organisational needs. Liaise with vendors for installations, maintenance, and support. Provide expert advice to stakeholders and mentor junior staff. Skills & Experience Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage small projects and deliver within agreed timeframes. Experience implementing cyber controls aligned with PSPF requirements. Technical expertise in one or more of the following: On‑prem to cloud migrations VMware vCenter and ESXi Dell server hardware Hitachi and Brocade SAN Cloud backup solutions Azure IaaS/PaaS SIEM and vulnerability tools Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID Desirable Experience supporting organisations with large user bases.
