The Role Based at our Alanvale campus in Launceston, you will be the driving force behind training the next generation of automotive students to provide the best industry training on offer. On any given day, your duties will include: Drive, design and deliver training that ignites passion in future automotive champions Shift into excellence, keeping training aligned to learner and industry needs Fuel student success, inspire and support them from campus to career Tuned admin and digital skills that help keep records accurate and updated What you bring: Automotive qualification and current industry experience is essential Air conditioning and electric vehicle experience is desirable Experience as a mentor or trainer is desirable Ability to turn complex concepts into practical, hands-on lessons. Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, colleagues and industry stakeholders. A current Working with Vulnerable People registration is required, or the ability to obtain prior to commencement. TasTAFE empowers educators and practitioners at all levels.
