If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy creating memorable moments for guests, we want to hear from you The Role: As a vital part of our front‑of‑house team, you will be the face of Yakinau. You’ll guide guests through our interactive dining experience, ensure their comfort, and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere that keeps them coming back. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional, friendly, and attentive service to all guests. Explain our menu and yakiniku (grill-at-the-table) concept clearly and enthusiastically. Take orders accurately and manage tables efficiently using our POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring high standards of presentation. Monitor table grills, assist with basic instructions, and ensure safety. Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked dining area and service station. Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service. Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism. Process payments and assist with opening/closing duties. What We're Looking For: Minimum 1 year experience required within similar restaurant. A great attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Must be available for an immediate start.
