Occupational Therapist – Western Sydney Our team at Ability Action Australia is expanding and we are looking for an Occupational Therapist in the Western Sydney area. Full‑time or part‑time roles are available. Responsibilities Complete functional assessments with participants in their homes and community environments. Set meaningful, person‑centred goals informed by real‑life routines and support needs. Provide recommendations for environmental modifications across home, school and work settings. Identify and prescribe appropriate Assistive Technology to support independence. Collaborate with families, support coordinators and the wider team to ensure smooth service delivery. Qualifications Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist. Proven ability to work independently in a community setting. Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement. Strong communication and relationship building skills. Genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
