We are looking for a talented and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our existing retail team. This role is based in our Paddington store, with the opportunity to work across our Bondi location from time to time. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience, leading a small team, managing daily retail operations, and ensuring our stores reflect the spirit and standards of the BONDI WASH brand. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Australian brand that celebrates natural beauty, craftsmanship, and customer connection — with the potential to grow into future roles across marketing, product development, and business development. Store Hours & Availability Our stores operate: Monday–Saturday: 10am–5pm Sunday: 10am–4pm We are looking for someone available 4–5 days per week , including weekends. Responsibilities Deliver a warm, engaging and elevated customer experience Lead, motivate and support a small retail team Drive customer loyalty and repeat visits Communicate updates, promotions and collaborations to staff and customers Manage staff rosters and daily store operations Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation Monitor sales performance, KPIs and budgets Manage inventory and stock levels Handle customer enquiries via phone and email The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience as a Retail Store Manager, or 3–5 years’ experience in luxury retail A natural ability to lead and motivate a team Strong communication and organisational skills A customer-first mindset with a warm and positive approach Excellent attention to detail Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude An interest in natural ingredients, wellness or lifestyle products Visual merchandising experience About BONDI WASH BONDI WASH is a leading Australian brand creating luxurious, natural home and body products inspired by Australian botanicals.
