Please click here to find out more. About the role Join our Housing Relocation Support Program, supporting public housing residents in North‑West Melbourne affected by redevelopment. As an OT, you'll help residents transition safely and confidently into new environments by identifying and addressing the environmental, social, and functional barriers they may face. You'll work closely with people from culturally diverse backgrounds, those with living disabilities, chronic or mental health conditions, or older adults, to create personalised and meaningful care plans. Trauma informed and culturally safe practice is central to this position.
