Job DescriptionThe OpportunityBased in West Perth, Fugro has an exciting and rare opening for a key senior leader to join our team. We are looking for an influential, collaborative, and strategic Regional Service Line Manager to lead our highly skilled team of world-renowned, best in their field, technical experts in our Marine Geoconsulting department. The key purpose of this role is to harness the unique talents of our team, sell our specialist solutions to clients and grow profitability of the regional service line in APAC.Key responsibilities include:Developing and maintaining strong client satisfaction, growing revenue and increasing profitResponsible for tender proposals and project resource allocationAccountable for project management (start-up to evaluation) for all projects within service lineEnsuring the Service Line remains current with new technology developments for software, hardware and processesFostering a high engagement culture that builds trust, collaboration and a commitment to delivery excellenceWho are weWe are Fugro, the world’s leading Geo-data specialist, focused on mapping, modeling and monitoring data about the earth’s surface and the structures built upon it. We focus on projects predominantly in the offshore energy sectors, with a specialization in site characterisation and foundation design in carbonate soils in Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
