Workfast is seeking a Tractor Operator to join our client based in Bayswater, WA . This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the upkeep of the City's sporting ovals, parks, and community spaces, operating specialised machinery and working as part of a high-performing outdoor team. What You Get $40.00 per hour + penalties Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 4:00pm (penalties after 8 hours worked) 9-day fortnight with a rostered day off (unpaid) Depot facilities including showers, lockers, tea/coffee, and occasional BBQ breakfasts Ongoing, stable role maintaining recreational and sporting grounds What You Need Current MR Licence minimum (HR Licence desirable) White Card Proven experience operating tractors and turf implements (mowers, renovation tools) Ability to work safely with three-point linkage systems and PTO shafts Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills National Police Clearance (within 6 months) What You’ll Be Doing Operating tractors and implements for mowing, turf renovations, and fertiliser applications Monitoring turf health and assisting with treatment programs Performing safe operation and maintenance of plant and equipment Assisting with general parks and gardens duties when tractor services aren’t required Supporting depot operations and working flexibly as directed to meet service goals Promoting a strong safety culture and positive team environment About Us Workfast is a labour‑hire company working with some of Australia's largest companies.
