Construction Labourer – Join the CDAB Crew We're Complete Design and Build (CDAB) – a Canberra‑based builder specialising in high‑end residential projects. Our team takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship and building homes people love. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a hands‑on, reliable, and motivated labourer to join our crew. About the Role As a Labourer at CDAB, you will be the backbone of our site operations – keeping projects running smoothly and supporting our carpenters, site managers, and trades. Every day will be a bit different: helping prep sites, handling materials, assisting trades, and making sure everything’s safe, clean, and on schedule. It’s a great opportunity to grow your skills and build a career in residential construction. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Site Manager and team to hit project targets Assist trades and the site team with general construction activities Handle, unload, and move materials and tools safely Keep the site tidy and organised throughout the day Set up and pack down site areas as required Follow site safety procedures and attend toolbox meetings What We're Looking For Current driver’s licence and transport to the site Valid Australian work rights White Card (required) Some construction or site experience preferred (but not essential) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on work Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented MR licence preferred but not essential Hold Asbestos and Silica Awareness Certificate Experience with worksite machinery preferred Why You’ll Love Working With Us Supportive team that values hard work and growth Consistent full‑time work on exciting residential builds Opportunity to learn from experienced trades and site managers Competitive pay with opportunities to progress If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a professional, tight‑knit team – we want to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
