We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide assurance and coordinate the performance management and governance of Supply Goods & Services Contracts. This pivotal role ensures compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our supply operations, while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities Oversee performance management and governance of supply contracts Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, to influence outcomes Translate strategy into actionable plans, track progress, and implement corrective actions Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply operations Qualifications & Experience Tertiary / technical qualifications in administration, commerce, law, engineering, or related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Supply Systems (Procure to Pay) – SAP experience essential Minimum 5 years' supply / operational experience, with proven ability to work independently Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including influencing senior leaders Solid knowledge of contracts, contractor management, and Continuous Improvement principles At least 3 years' experience translating strategy into actionable plans, tracking progress, and driving corrective actions Why Join Cosol Group?
