Hands‑on, dynamic work: Conduct patrols, investigate complaints, collect evidence, and take enforcement actions across the City of Willoughby. Make a visible impact: Support the Mobility Parking Scheme, prevent littering, and help keep public spaces safe and well‑maintained. About the Role As the Ranger, Parking Enforcement , you will: Patrol the City of Willoughby to enforce parking regulations and issue penalty notices or cautions where required. Investigate customer requests and complaints, ensuring timely and appropriate enforcement action. Monitor public spaces, traffic control signs, and the Mobility Parking Scheme to maintain compliance and safety. Collect and present evidence professionally for court proceedings when necessary. Remove unauthorised signage and perform other duties as directed to support the Safe City Unit. What You’ll Bring Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships and maintain effective public relations. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, acting confidently and professionally under pressure. Ability to work collaboratively in a multi‑disciplinary team while demonstrating commitment to WHS and EEO principles. A valid NSW Class C Driver Licence and ability to work safely in field and office environments. Previous experience in parking enforcement or a related regulatory role. Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and methods, supported by relevant training or coursework. Applications should address all the key responsibilities outlined in the Position Description.
