Civil & Gardening Labourers (2 roles) — NBN Works + Mowing Civil & Gardening Labourers (2 roles) — NBN Works + Mowing About us We operate two businesses : Gardening/Landscaping under a Jim's Mowing franchise (regular lawns, hedging, pruning, clean-ups). Civil Works where Our Company is a subcontractor to an NBN delivery partner (trenching, pit & conduit installs, reinstatement). We're a reliable, safety-first team with steady year-round work. The opportunity We're hiring two Labourers . Work will be split between gardening/landscaping and NBN civil jobs depending on workload. Immediate start. What you'll do Trenching, pit installs, conduit/lead-ins, backfilling, site clean-up Concrete cutting and small pours/reinstatement (as trained) Lawn mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, weeding, green-waste handling Follow SWMS and site safety directions Hold current White Card certification for construction site safety compliance Work independently or in a small crew to meet daily targets Requirements Availability Monday–Friday Current Australian's driver's licence (manual preferred) Valid work rights in Australia Physically fit, punctual, safety-minded Capability for heavy lifting and physically demanding work as required for civil and landscaping duties Great to have (not essential) Experience in NBN civil , gardening/landscaping , concreting , and/or ACM awareness/removal Tickets/experience on small plants What we offer Competitive pay Consistent hours, supportive crew, on-the-job training Progression path to crew lead for the right person How to apply Click Apply and include: A short note about your experience and availability Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
