In this role, you will form part of our successful Field Sales team, managing key relationships in Townsville and surrounding suburbs (inc. Ingham). We're looking for an individual who thrives in a role that offers both autonomy in driving excellence & results in their territory but also enjoys working as part of a broader team to ensure success for the state. You will work directly with your customers to negotiate on great outcomes for them and our range of products. A Taste Of What You'll Be Doing Managing your assigned sales territory in Townsville and surrounds, driving the performance of the Kellanova's portfolio across key grocery outlets Develop and maintain strong and long term customer partnerships Complete field reporting and increase promotional effectiveness Utilise initiative, planning, time management and selling skills to identify opportunities to increase sales and ensure maximum return from your total territory Your Recipe For Success Sales experience gained from FMCG or Grocery is ideal, however, will also consider a recent Business Graduate looking to start a career in Sales.
