About the Role In this full-time or part-time Asset Finance Specialist role, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey – working alongside our Sydney and NSW dealership sales teams to deliver tailored finance options that fit individual needs. You'll manage finance applications from start to settlement, ensuring compliance and a seamless customer experience. This position offers a flexible schedule to accommodate work-life balance whilst maintaining service excellence. Your Key Responsibilities Assist customers in understanding and selecting suitable finance options. Submit and manage finance applications end-to-end using Jayco Financial Services' systems. Liaise with financial lenders to maximise approval rates. Promote value-added products and ensure compliance in all offerings. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Identify finance opportunities from both retail and online channels. Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements. Maintain a strong relationship with internal sales teams to drive finance and insurance conversion. About You Experience in automotive or leisure vehicles, asset or consumer finance preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in automotive, leisure vehicles, asset or consumer finance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Ability to work both autonomously and within a team. Strong systems knowledge (CRM, Microsoft Office). Accreditation with relevant finance institutions or willingness to obtain. Finance industry accreditation must be obtained within 3 months of commencement. A positive, can-do attitude with a customer-first mindset. Why join Jayco Financial Services?
