We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Optical Production and Dispatch Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in the manufacturing process. Job Description As an Optical Production and Dispatch Specialist at Bryant Dental, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate assembly and quality control of our dental loupes and glasses. You will collaborate closely with our production team to maintain the high standards of precision and craftsmanship that our customers rely on. Your key responsibilities will encompass: Key Responsibilities Component Inspection: Diligently inspect all components to ensure they meet stringent quality standards before assembly. Assembly: Precisely assemble dental loupes and glasses according to established manufacturing procedures, adhering to exacting specifications. Quality Control: Conduct meticulous quality control checks on assembled products to verify optical accuracy, durability, and cosmetic perfection. Repairs and Adjustments: Expertly handle necessary repairs and adjustments to ensure each product meets our uncompromising standards. Inventory Management: Efficiently maintain an organised inventory of components and oversee the timely ordering of supplies. Product Testing: Perform thorough product testing to guarantee optical clarity, comfort, and ergonomic fit. Documentation: Maintain precise records of assembly processes and quality control checks, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve production targets and continuously enhance assembly processes. Dispatch: Accurately dispatch items to customers, ensuring accurate logging on our CRM. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in optical assembly is a plus). Exceptional attention to detail and precision in assembly and dispatch. Proficiency in using assembly tools and equipment, with the ability to adapt and learn new technologies (training provided). Sound knowledge of optical principles and terminology. Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities. Computer literacy for accurate documentation and efficient inventory management. Strong team player with a commitment to maintaining a professional and customer‑centric demeanor.
