Receiving & Inventory Clerk / Forklift Operator immediate start & long term opportunities on offer Competitive hourly rate Stable and consistent work Reputable company We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Receiving Clerk with forklift operations, based at our client site Minto, this role will be responsible for coordinating the timely and accurate dispatch and receipt of goods, ensuring our supply chain operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Machine Operating Pick & Pack, Receiving, Dispatch duties and tasks Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings Assembly work Operating hand and power tools safely Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Liaise with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any delivery or receipt issues Managing and coordinating outgoing and incoming procedures Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and promptly Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying orders, generating documentation Labelling of all incoming pallets Support the warehouse team with general receiving, put-away, and order picking tasks as needed Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols To be successful in this role, you will need: 1-2 years’ experience in a similar dispatch or receiving role, preferably within the logistics or warehousing industry Experience with SAP Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships Sound understanding of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes Proven experience in High Reach forklift operations Proven experience in Machine Operations Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Previous warehousing experience Strong attention to detail and workmanship Reliable, punctual, and a team player Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions If this sounds like the job for you, please Apply Now Who we are As one of Australia's largest employers, we work with great companies all around Australia and New Zealand to give you the best opportunities to work when and where you want.
