Full Stack Engineer (AI-First) We’re looking for an AI-Augmented Full Stack Engineer to join our development team and help build intelligent, secure, and scalable applications. You’ll work across the full stack — from backend APIs to responsive front‑end interfaces – and harness AI coding tools to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation in our delivery process. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain full‑stack web applications that are scalable, secure, and high‑performing. Develop modern front‑end interfaces using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Build and optimise back‑end services using Python (Django/FastAPI) or equivalent frameworks. Design and manage data storage using relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL). Use agentic AI coding tools to accelerate and streamline coding, documentation, and testing. Follow best practices in version control, testing, CI/CD, and security. What You Bring 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering production‑grade applications. Practical experience using AI coding assistant and agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex) to improve and accelerate workflow. Experience designing RESTful APIs and managing databases such as PostgreSQL . Familiarity with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of secure coding practices and authentication standards (JWT, OAuth). Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, with a focus on quality and collaboration.
