Identify business problem areas and resolve with internal Continuous Improvement Activities. Strengthen and enhance internal processes to make them more efficient and effective by identifying process improvements/re-engineering opportunities. Contribute to the planning and implementation of maintenance and installation work, including building and configuration of infrastructure components in virtualised environments. Implement agreed infrastructure changes and maintenance routines. Process Automation and integration within Atlassian toolset. Creation of automated reporting dashboards.
