We are seeking a highly motivated Communications and/or Security Technician that will work across all projects our businesses works with. This is a hands‑on role where no two days will look the same. It’s perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working with people at all levels, and takes pride in creating an efficient, smooth and collaborative environment. We offer the opportunity for the successful applicant to become a multi‑disciplined tradesman – becoming experienced in communications cabling, security and access control systems, CCTV systems, audio visual systems and PA systems. The Role Installing cutting edge technology including CCTV, Access Control and Networked System Providing expert installation works ensuring secure, reliable, and flexible connections Supporting critical and essential services across various sectors Providing planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on UPS and control systems IT data and communications and security infrastructure projects State‑wide rollouts for new and retrofit programmes Servicing, maintaining & supporting our wide range of large customer base Skills and Experience Proven data or security installation experience A track record for great craftsmanship, with a strong sense of pride for works performed Ability to demonstrate strong focus on customer satisfaction Knowledge and experience with IT systems and computer skills would be an advantage Ready to learn new technologies and grow with new experiences Reliable with a proven ability to work well within a team and autonomously Audio visual experience would be an advantage Working Hours This is a full‑time position with hours ranging from standard trade hours to night works, which is project specific. A possibility for travel from time to time.
