Strong understanding of OTC derivatives, securities financing, and margining practices. Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance frameworks. Proficiency in Murex workflows, data model, and interfaces. Knowledge of collateral optimization strategies and exposure management. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and support of Murex Collateral Management (MX3) modules. Implement and maintain collateral workflows including margin calls, dispute management, and settlement processes. Collaborate with trading, risk, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of collateral processes. Provide expertise in regulatory compliance (e.g., Basel III, EMIR, Dodd‑Frank, APRA requirements). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to collateral workflows, reporting, and system performance. Drive automation and optimization initiatives to improve collateral efficiency and reduce operational risk. Support UAT, regression testing, and production releases for collateral‑related enhancements. Document processes, configurations, and provide training to end‑users. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment (preferably Tier‑1 institutions). Exposure to integration with upstream/downstream systems (risk, treasury, settlement). Familiarity with SQL, Unix, and scripting languages for troubleshooting and automation. Understanding of APRA and Australian regulatory landscape.
