Reporting to the Safer Gambling Duty Manager, you’ll provide empathetic assistance to guests experiencing gambling-related challenges, conduct welfare checks, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance safety and awareness. You’ll also guide self-excluded guests toward professional support services such as gambling treatment and financial counselling. This is a fantastic opportunity for students, graduates and professionals looking to join our Safe Gambling team in Brisbane on a full-time basis and contribute to fostering a safer gambling culture at The Star.
