Dangerous Goods Fuel Tanker Driver

Tas Petroleum is a family-owned wholesale fuel distributor that delivers to all regions of Tasmania. We currently have a vacancy for a fulltime afternoon shift driver based in Devonport. The role is Monday to Friday with a minimum of 72 hours per fortnight. Position could also be permanent part time for someone not looking for a full time role. Some weekend and additional shifts will be required to cover other drivers leave etc. Essential Requirements Current and valid MC Licence Demonstrated commitment to safety and safe work practices, including fatigue management Knowledge of basic manual handling procedures Strong work ethic Sound communication skills. Minimum 1-2 years of MC/HC truck driving experience Australian permanent residency or citizenship required Desirable and/or advantageous Fuel's experience Basic Fatigue Management Dangerous Goods (DG) Licence Safe Load Pass (SLP) (Fatigue Management, Dangerous Goods & SLP licence training can be provided for the right applicant) Incentives Above award wages Professionally managed company Comprehensive on the job training provided NHVAS Accredited fleet - Mass and Basic Fatigue Application form questions Do you have a heavy combination vehicle driver's licence?
