You’ll support the Chef Manager, guide staff, and ensure our kitchen runs smoothly, safely, and with heart. Prepare meals for large groups in a commercial kitchen setting. Support the Chef Manager in menu planning and kitchen operations. Guide and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
