About FinX IT FinXL IT Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors. FinXL IT is seeking a SharePoint Developer to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Government client on a key transformation engagement. Responsibilities Re-engineer and rebuild legacy SharePoint 2016 custom applications (C#) and workflows (Nintex) into SharePoint Online. Implement solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate within the Power Platform environment. Interpret user stories and requirements provided by technical BAs to re-create complex business logic. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for ShareGate migration support. Troubleshoot migration errors, resolve technical blockers, and guide the migration team. Utilise PnP PowerShell and SharePoint PowerShell to automate tasks and manage configurations. Participate actively in 2-week sprints, collaborating closely with testers to validate solutions. Requirements Experienced SharePoint Developer with deep knowledge of SharePoint 2016 on-prem and SharePoint Online. Extensive commercial experience developing custom solutions with PowerApps and Power Automate. Ability to read and understand C# and Nintex Workflows to facilitate logic translation. Proficiency in SharePoint PowerShell and PnP PowerShell scripting. Demonstrated experience with the ShareGate migration tool, specifically for error resolution and analysis. Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives). Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and technical counterparts.
