Key Responsibilities Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities Provide one‑on‑one or small group support to students Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Support students with diverse learning needs Prepare classroom materials and resources as directed by the teacher Supervise students during school activities Work collaboratively with other College staff to promote student well‑being and achievement About You We are seeking candidates who are passionate about education and eager to become a key part of our Primary School team. Ideally, you will hold a Certificate III in Education Support and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to providing high‑quality student support. Your knowledge, experience and practical skills will empower you to contribute effectively to student learning and growth. As this role involves working directly with children on campus, the successful candidate must have a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and a valid First Aid qualification. Why Join JPC?
