We're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading volume home builder working across the Parramatta and Greater Western Sydney area. With a consistent pipeline of new homes and a reputation for quality, this builder is focused on delivering exceptional results and building strong client relationships. You'll be managing 15-20 sites at once, ensuring builds are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all site activities for multiple residential builds. Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines. Manage trades, subcontractors, and suppliers. Maintain clear communication with clients, office staff, and construction managers. Handle inspections, site documentation, and problem-solving on the ground. You'll Need: Minimum 3 years' experience supervising residential volume builds. Carpenter by trade , with a Cert IV in Building & Construction . Strong scheduling, time management, and leadership skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple builds.
