About the Opportunity As a Senior Clinician, you’ll provide clinical leadership and direct therapeutic support to young people and their families. You’ll deliver evidence‑based interventions, conduct complex risk assessments, and contribute to a recovery‑oriented, youth‑focused service. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll also support staff through supervision, training and mentoring, ensuring high‑quality care aligned with the Australian Early Psychosis Programme (AEPP). Desired Qualifications & Experience Approved tertiary qualification in a relevant allied health discipline and current membership with AHPRA, or membership of and adherence to the AASW standards for social workers. Postgraduate qualifications in adolescent mental health or equivalent training preferred. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and mental health clinical skills in engagement, assessment, holistic treatment provision to young people and families presenting with a range of emotional, social or developmental difficulties, including psychosis and alcohol and other drug difficulties. Demonstrated practice skills in the delivery of CBT for psychosis and other mental health difficulties and supervising staff to deliver therapeutic intervention within a mental health team. Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, their families, communities, staff and Aboriginal‑controlled organisations.
